ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) and OMR (Optical Marker Recognition) converts machine printed, hand printed, barcode, and other pre-determined information into computer readable formats and digital data.

 

Forms that are hand entered using text boxes, check boxes, and positional marker boxes are later scanned, capturing and converting hand entered data to digital data which can then be imported directly into a database or spreadsheet.

 

This is extremely useful when dealing with high volumes of hand entered data such as survey forms, application forms, claim forms, etc., reducing data entry by as much as 90% with less errors, and no coffee breaks…

The database & search engine can be set to restrict users from accessing certain  records in  the database that may be confidential.
